2. Purposes and legal bases

Contract / booking — concluding and performing the short-term rental agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Invoices and legal duties — accounting and tax obligations, including KSeF where applicable (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
Marketing — offers only with consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Contact form — responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) or (b)).

3. Recipients

Przelewy24 — payment processing
Hosting dhosting.pl — website hosting
Google (Google Analytics 4) — visit statistics. Full measurement after consent to analytics cookies, cookieless signals described in section 6 without consent
Meta (Pixel) — only with consent to marketing cookies
KSeF / accounting office — invoicing and bookkeeping

4. Retention

Booking and billing data are kept for periods required by law (typically up to 5 years from the end of the tax year). Marketing data — until consent is withdrawn. Contact enquiries — until resolved, then up to 12 months.

5. GDPR rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO). For GDPR matters: kontakt@mtform.pl.

6. Cookies and visit measurement

We use three categories of cookies:

Essential — site operation, security, storing your consent choice (always on).
Analytics (GA4) — Google Analytics 4, only with consent.
Marketing (Pixel) — Meta Pixel, only with consent.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. If you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics stores no file and no identifier on your device, but it still sends Google a single signal about the page view. That signal contains your IP address, browser and device information, the address of the page you are viewing and the event name. It carries no identifier that would link this visit to your earlier ones. Google uses such signals to estimate the total number of visits.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring traffic to our own website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object by writing to kontakt@mtform.pl.
