Where the line runs

Short stays are booked by the night, paid online, and include everything: furniture, bed linen, towels, utilities, internet and cleaning after the stay. No contract, no notice period, no registration at the town hall.

A tenancy in Poland means a written contract, usually for twelve months, a deposit of one to two months' rent, utilities billed on top, and often an empty or partly furnished flat. Agencies charge a commission of about one month's rent. Nothing on this site works that way.

Stays of one to three weeks sit in between and we do take them. Ask before booking, because cleaning during the stay, linen changes and the rate all need to be agreed rather than assumed.

Looking for a lease rather than a holiday let? A booking here will not help you, and we would rather say that up front.

Frequently asked questions

Can I stay for a month?

Usually yes, if the calendar allows it. Write before booking so we can agree cleaning and the rate for a longer period.

Do I need a Polish address registration?

Not for a short stay in a holiday apartment. That requirement applies to residents, not to guests.

Are utilities charged separately?

No. Electricity, heating, water and internet are all included in the nightly rate.

Can I receive post or parcels here?

Parcels yes, during your stay, with a courier calling the intercom. Registered post addressed to you personally is not practical.

Do you have other flats for longer lets?

No, we have one apartment and let it by the night.
