What happens after you pick your dates

The calendar on the home page shows real availability, including dates blocked by Booking.com reservations, and the price for the nights you select. Choosing dates holds them for twenty minutes so you can complete the form without losing the slot.

You pay online at booking. Two rates are offered: a cheaper non-refundable one that allows a single free date change up to seven days before arrival, and a flexible one that can be cancelled until the day before arrival. A VAT invoice is a checkbox in the same form.

Confirmation arrives by email immediately. Entry instructions come separately once you tell us your arrival time, and the host answers questions personally, in English or Polish, before and during the stay.

No deposit and no service fee. The calendar price for your dates and party size is what you pay.

Frequently asked questions

Is booking direct cheaper than on a portal?

Usually, because the price carries no portal commission. We do not run parallel promotions, so the calendar price is our offer for those dates.

Do I get instant confirmation?

Yes, confirmation is automatic once payment goes through. No waiting for the host to approve.

Can I change my dates later?

On the non-refundable rate, once and free of charge, up to seven days before arrival and subject to availability. On the flexible rate you can cancel outright until the day before.

What payment methods are accepted?

Online card payment and Polish online transfers through the payment provider. We do not take cash on arrival.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?

The owner, directly, by phone, WhatsApp or email. There is no agency in between.
