The flat has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning, a balcony and a patio come with it, and the building has a lift and CCTV in the common areas.
The location is the reason to choose it. Podgorze is residential, so nights are quiet, and it still puts Schindler's Factory, MOCAK, Ghetto Heroes Square, the boulevards and Krakus Mound within walking distance. Kazimierz is over the footbridge, the Old Town twenty-five minutes on foot.

Twenty-five minutes on foot, or twelve to fifteen minutes by tram from a stop a minute from the door.
Is there parking?
No parking space at the building, and the street is in a paid parking zone. Most guests arrive without a car.
Can we check in late at night?
Yes. Entry is by code and works at any hour, we only ask you to tell us your arrival time in advance.
Are pets allowed?
By prior arrangement with the host. Additional charges may apply.
Is breakfast included?
No, but the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a grocery shop a hundred metres away.
